another truck driver delivering packages robbed at gunpoint in southeast. the latest happened wednesday morning in the 4300 block of southern avenue. two masked men forceed a ups driver into his truck at gunpoint and drove to alabama avenue at reed terrace and started unloading packages. a similar robbery happened just blocks away to a fedex driver back on december 22nd. neither driver was hurt and police are trying to determine if the crimes are related. metro transit police are asking for your help tracking down four gunmen in connection way vile antitax on a metrobus. these men are suspected of taxing two women on the number 93 bus in southeast on new euro's day. investigators say the men got on the bus in adams morgan. the women got on in anacostia and one of the men touched one of the women inappropriately. there was a fight.

we are anticipating slower than usual traffic volumes and delays coming southbound on the beltway and coming often the beltway to go southbound along 355. we are checking out the camera right now here at bradley and so far traffic volume working in our favor. there is no delay. we'll find that lanes are open southbound on 270, volume increasing south of 109 headed out towards clarksburg. that's a check of your fox 5 on-time traffic. traffic. >> thank you. new this morning, a d.c. police officer is challenging the accuracy of his own department's speed cameras. sergeant mark robin senate son says a citation issued by the speed camera in the third street tunnel is invalid. it should have been set to enforce a 40-mile per hour construction zone speed limit because was set set for the regular 45-mile per hour limit. the officer says it violates a city regulation requiring the district to enforce the posted limit. city officials say the ticket

this was in the 1800 block of biltmore street northwest. d.c. and montgomery county investigators say they are trying to determine whether the victim is michael po. the 23-year-old has been missing since the early-morning hours of new year's day. he split from his group of friend and never returned to his home in clarksburg, maryland. maryland. . on capitol hill, the 113th congress is scheduled to be sworn n the new congress will bring with it some historic changes too. the senate will remain in democratic control but there will now be a record number of women, 20 including an all- female delegation from new hampshire. there will also be more racial diversity and the fewest number of veterans in congress since world war ii. >> and with this new congress, they will face some big battle ahead. they will need to deal with debates over massive spending cuts. >> one of the first items on their list is tackling aid relief for superstorm sandy victims. it is a bill that many thought would have been dealt with

already and its delay has created an uproar. shannon breen has the story. >> it is the most disgraceful action i've seen in this house in the 20 years i've been here. >> this is a disaster on top of a disaster. >> reporter: house republicans who oppose quick passage of the sandy aid bill are getting blasted from both sides of the aisle. but lawmakers like california's darryl issa say they were never going to vote for a bill they say is full of all kinds of pet projects that have nothing to do with those devastated by the superstorm. >> the fact is the senate didn't do their job. they sent us a bunch of pork and left town. that was just wrong. >> reporter: critics of the $60 billion senate bill which would be broken no two separate house votes, a $27 billion prime bail and a $33 billion amendment says it was loaded with pork. they point to $600 million for the epa to support climate change issues, $348 million for the national park service and

$188 million for amtrak among other things. >> i doubt that darryl issa would say when california, god forbid has an earthquake or a fire, that relief to them is pork. in fact, he has not. so i'm infuriated, infuriated by comments like that. >> chris christie says boehner refused to take his phone calls as it was becoming apparent that the sandy aid package wouldn't go to a vote in the house. >> when you sit around around delay and give assurances that things will get done and they're not, that is not doing your job. have some guts. investigator boehner spoke with christie and then a and eric cantor met with congressional delegations from new york and new jersey aassured them that a sandy package in a new form is
